Mr. John Ehi. ADDEH (FNMGS, FNAPE, F-IPS) is a member of the Advisory Board of kANU Asset Management LLC.
He is also Board Chairman of Caritas Communication Nig. Ltd (www.caritaspr.com) and CEO of Ewalen Investments & Services LLC.
He is a Director and Board member of 9-9 Energy Resource Nig. Ltd (www.99energyresources.com), and Oil and Gas start-up.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Innovation for Africa, an NGO.
His main current interests include Oil and Gas business Consulting, Assets and Investments Consulting, Management Services. He is an accomplished coach and public speaker.
Mr. Addeh retired from Total’s Upstream Companies in Nigeria in January 2012 as Executive Director and Member of the Board of the multinational Oil and Gas Company.
His work assignments, all with Total’s Upstream companies in Nigeria over thirty-two and half years included: Well-site Geologist and Regional Geologist (1979 – 1984), Regional Geologist and Head of Geological Databases (1984 – 1995), Manager, Geological Computer Applications (Pau, France) (1995-1997),: Manager, Onshore Assets and Exploration Information Systems (1997-2001) and Manager, then General Manager, Public Affairs (2001 – 2007), Executive Director HR & Corporate Affairs 2007-2012).
Mr. Addeh was also Chairman, Governing Board of the Institute of Petroleum Studies, of the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria and Chairman of the Governing Board, Total Pension Fund from 2010-2012.
Mr. Addeh graduated from the University of Benin, with B.Sc. Honours in Geology. He has attended numerous professional and management courses in Nigeria and Europe. He is Executive Education alumnus of London Business School, INSEAD in France and IMD in Switzerland. He has excellent mastery of written and spoken English and French languages.
He is a Fellow of three prestigious professional institutions: Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society, Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists, and the Institute of Petroleum Studies, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
He is a keen golfer, philanthropist, a promoter of the Arts, writes music and plays the alto saxophone and clarinet. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Abuja Jazz Club and Life Member of Ikoyi Country Club.
He is married with two children.
