Enyi Kanu is the Group Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer of kANU Asset Management, LLC., and a Wall Street veteran.
Enyi was Senior Vice President and a Certified Portfolio Manager at Wachovia Securities Private Client Group (Now Wells Fargo). Before Wachovia, (he joined the predecessor firm Everen Securities in June of 1996), he was Vice President, Investments at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., (now Morgan Stanley) which he joined in 1988. Prior to joining Dean Witter, Enyi provided consulting services through I. Enyi Kanu and Associates, a business he established in 1984.
Enyi is an entrepreneur and business leader. He has extensive Portfolio Construction, Management, Investment Consulting, Finance and Planning expertise and experience. Enyi has been an Investment Professional and business leader for over 30 years, and was a member of Wachovia Securities “Chairman’s Circle of Excellence”
Enyi's consulting discipline is grounded in Modern Portfolio Theory, which stresses proper diversification, asset allocation, and appropriate manager and/or investment selection. He believes this complement is critical to optimal investment portfolio performance. He provides value to his client’s investment objectives with appropriate professional Money Managers and strategies. He offers various investment and managed money services that provide customized strategies to help match a client’s risk-return profile to their investment objectives.
